Stormwater Retention Credit

Rainplan offers stormwater retention credits for sale directly to private buyers who would like to purchase them to meet their regulatory stormwater retention requirements. They should be able to contact Rainplan directly (create a user dashboard), enter the number of SRCs needed, identify the number of years they would like to purchase SRCs for, sign their SRC purchase contract, pay for their SRCs, see their purchase history, receive an alert when they are close to their renewal date. The Rainplanner needs to receive notifications when each step has been finished in order to eventually complete the SRC purchase transfer via the DOEE stormwater website.
